Providing Ornamental and Architectural Facade lighting to Heritage Buildings of Bengaluru under BRAND BENGALURU-VIBRANT BENGALURU in BCCC limits. in KARNATAKA

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The estimated number of key professional staff months required for the assignment is: to be furnished by Consultant based on the Scope of work.

Consultants must have a well established office from past 5 years in experience in Dynamic/Facade/RGBW works and each financial year work done should be enclosed.

Consultants should have achieved atleast of two financial years a minimum financial year of Rs. 23.00 lakhs from 2021-22 to 2025-26 ( 2 times of the PMC cost).

Carried out Similar nature of work 50% in Urban condition Not less than Rs. 5.75 lakhs (PMC cost) undersigned by the not below the rank of Executive Engineer.

The minimum required experience of proposed key professional staff is. 1)Team leader- This is the senior most position and the expert engaged as the team leader shall be responsible for reviewing the entire project implementation activities and total project execution. This position requires a Senior Engineer who shall be graduate in Electrical Engineer with minimum experience of 10 years and he should have handled as Team Leader at Least two project management and INSTALLATION supervision works of Dynamic/Facade/RGBW lighting works in last 5 years. 2) Other Key Professionals, a)Senior Engineer- This position requires a graduate/Diploma in Electrical Engineering with minimum of 2 years experience. He should have handled in the last 5 years as Senior Dynamic/Facade/RGBW lighting installation at least two major Dynamic/Facade/RGBW lighting projects. b)Quality Control Engineer- This position requires a graduate/Diploma in Electrical Engineering with minimum of 2 years experience. He must have at least handled two major Dynamic/Facade/RGBW lighting as Quality Control Engineer in last 5 years. c)Other professional support staff- Must have minimum 2 years experience and shall have handled at least 1 major Dynamic/Facade/RGBW lighting installation.

Key personnel for the services shall consist of. 1) Team Leader or Senior Electrical Engineer -01 No, 2) Senior Materials / QC Engineer-01 No, 8.1) The minimum requirement for supporting staff for the services is as follows. Quality Control Engineer-01 No. Site Engineers (Electrical)-02 Nos. The minimum required experience and qualification are as per Clause 3.3 (IV) of Data sheet.
