Agency must Submit at least one similar nature of work done certificate of Providing cleaning Man power services for cleaning to government of Karnataka/ government of India/ government institutions in past Five Years. 2021-22 & 2022-23,2023-24,2024-25, 2025-26
Bidder should have achieved cumulative of minimum of Rs. 9.00 Lakh sturnover in last five Financial years.certified by the Auditor. Along with UDIN numbertificate
Company details and registration certificate for having registered under labour act of competent government authority and the same should be enclosed.
EPF Certificate-Provident fund Registration certificate issued by Regional provident fund commissioner under EPF act
ESI certificate-Employees state insurance ESI ACT issued by competent ESI Authorities
Tenderer firm/Agency should not be blacklisted by any government organization. The Tenderer shall furnish an Affidavit for not having Black Listed earlier by the Firm / Company represented by its Proprietor / Partners / Directors / Chairman / Managing Director / Office Bearers in the Business Transactions of any Government / Semi-Government / Government Undertaking / Public Sector Organizations / any other Departments.
Eligibility Criteria
Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka
It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.
EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.
