Supply of Ductable type Concealed Ceiling Wall Mounting type 1.5 TR Inverter Split ac with Rotary / Scroll type compressor and minimum cooling capacity 18000 BTU per Hr with minimum EER of 9.5 BTU per whr static pressure not less than 45 Pascal and the AC unit with pre-charged Eco-friendly R-410A Or Equivalent refrigerant gas with 3 Meters length of copper refrigerant pipe with foam insulation as per the standard IS specification. Supplying and Laying of 3C X 2.5 Sqmm For Indoor unit Multistrand PVC insulated PVC Sheathed copper conductor cable including inter connection testing commissioning etc as required

Supply and Fixing 25mm heavy gauge CPVC pipe with necessary bends/tee/elbow etc for drain water connection of AC Units etc. as required

Providing Comprehensive Maintenance Contract of above Ductable type Concealed Ceiling /Wall Mounting type 1.5 TR Capacity Inverter type Split AC units installed at various TE buildings as per specifications and scope of work detailed in the tender document including 1st year warranty period after date of Commissioning and Two Mandatory Free Service shall be carried out and rate shall be quoted for 2nd Year and 3rd Year CMC Note - Rate considered for CMC of Ductable type concealed AC Units maintenance for month wise second year the rate is considered at 6 percent of total unit cost as per SBP Manual.
