Open Tender for Charges for Data Entry Operator- Minimum qualification as specified in the ToR/Scope of Work (per BEDMC per month) in BIHAR

The bidder should be a registered Company / Co-operative Society / Partnership firm / Proprietorship firm / Consortium/Joint Ventures and should be at least 10 years old entity

The bidder should be registered with the GST department, and carry a valid PAN/ TAN Number.

The bidder should be registered under the Employees Provident Fund Scheme & ESIC.

The bidder should have ISO 9001:2015 Certification and ISO 20000-1:2011(Information Technology Service Management) certifications.

The bidder should have a minimum annual average business turnover of Rs. 15.00 Crore during the last 3 financial years (FY: 2018-19, 2017-18, 2016-17). Out of the total annual average turnover, the bidder should have a minimum average annual turnover of Rs.7.50 Crore from IT enabled services/work in the last 3 financial years. (In case of consortiums/Joint Ventures,specifically formed for the purpose of this project, the lead member should full-fill at least 75% of the financial criteria.)

Bidder should have positive net worth for each of the last 3 financial years((FY: 2018-19, 2017-18, 2016-17).

The bidder should haveat least 1 year project management/maintenance experience of executing a similar single project of establishing & operating/running /maintaining Data Centres/Information Centres / ICT centresat minimum 100 locations / sitesfor the State Govt./ Central Govt. /PSU across India.

The bidder should have at least One year experience of appointing / deploying technical manpower at minimum at 100 locations/centres for any single project for the State Govt./ Central Govt. /PSU across India.

The bidder should have at least one-year experience in handling database of at least Fifty lakh records per annum for a single database for the State Govt./ Central Govt. /PSU across India.

Bidder should provide RFP-specific Manufacturers Authorization for Laptop & MFP from the OEMs; along with technical compliance statement.

The bidder should have undertaken supplies of major IT Products for a minimum value of Rs. 1 crore in a single order during last three financial years for any Govt. Entity in India.

Bidder should have valid Income tax returns for the last three financial years (FY: 2018-19, 2017-18, 2016-17), issued by Income Tax Department and should have PAN Card

Bidder should have valid GST returns for the last two financial years (FY: 2018-19, 2017-18).

The bidder should have office in Bihar. In case bidder has no presence in Bihar, bidder shall furnish an undertaking that an office shall be opened in Bihar, with sufficient personnel and inventory of spares within a month of selection as Successful Bidder.

The Bidder shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt or fraudulent practices and should not be blacklisted by any State Govt./Central Govt./PSU for any reason.

It is compulsory for the bidder to quote for all the items for the entire duration of the Project, failing which the bids will be summarily rejected.

The price quoted should include cost towards Service Charges, Freight/Transportation, Insurances, Maintenance,GST and all applicable taxes etc. as applicable for executing the defined scope of work.

Conditional bids /ambiguous bids will be summarily rejected.

The minimum gross wages/salary of the Data Entry Operator shall be Rs. . 11,625/- (Wages ? Rs. 10,000/- , EPF Contribution Employer ? Rs. 1300, ESIC ? Rs. 325/- (Eleven Thousand Six Hundred Twenty-Five Only) per month. This will include EPF & ESIC Contribution of Employer.
