The prospective bidder should have past experience in supply of same/similar material in any two years during the last 05 Years (2021-22, 22-23, 23-24, 24-25, 25-26) (Details of last supplies made by the Company of similar material clearly showing the name of the firm, PO date, PO Value, invoice copies,. Performance certificates from the customers shall be enclosed)

The successful bidder must supply the material as per the Indented specifications

All the bid schedules A to F duly filled and signed

The material shall be guaranteed for satisfactory performance against any manufacturing defects / faulty workmanship for a period of 18 months from the date of utilization or 24 months from the date of supply, whichever is earlier.

The successful bidder must strictly supply the material as per the Indented specifications and mentioned dimensions for one to one replacement.
