Document Requirements
Agency should not be blacklisted by Government / Private companies, NOC on this regard should be submitted.
Bidder should not have been barred by any government department, PSU, etc during last 5 years, self declaration shall be submitted in this regard.
Bidder should submit Company Registration Certificate, GST, PAN, last three years Profit and Loss Account and Balance Sheet with CA Certification and last three years IT returns.
Tenderer must upload the Scanned copy of whole Tender Document with Tenderer Stamp & Signature in all pages without fail. If the Tenderer fails to upload the signed copy of tender document, those tenders will be rejected.
The bidder should have experience of having executed Hoarding Campaign for any Milk Co-operative Union/Industry and shall submit work order copies establishing the same.
The bidder should have the Hoardings under their control either through ownership or lease or agreement. Shall provide the document for the same.
The Bidder who has earlier experience of installing Hoardings in Ooty & Coimbatore will be preferred.
Eligibility Criteria
Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka
It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.
EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.
Bidder should be abide as per the terms & conditions attached in tender document.
