To qualify for Award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years, i.e. 2021-22 to 2025-26 satisfactorily completed as prime contractor, at least one similar work of value not less than Rs. 21.18 Lakhs with work indent number certified by not below the rank of executive engineer

PAN CARD and GST REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE

Liquid assets and or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs.12.71 lakhs Credit lines/Letters of Credit / Certificates from any Nationalized Banks for meeting the fund requirement etc.

TWO nos of Motor pump Lifting vehicle with RTO Registration certificate and Insurance certificate Up date FC certificate and 2 Nos DL Certificates. 50 own or 50 lease agreement along with insurance and relevant Documents.

Attested copy of the Certificate of registration in the Labour Department, Provident Fund and ESI, registration certificate.

Submission of challan records regarding ESI and EPF payments made for workers who carried out borewell repairs in local bodies and other government departments over the past three years.

Bidder Submit the Anti-collusion and self declaration certificate regarding not black listed by any firm/ Government agencies.
