(a) All relevant Bid Schedules, duly filled in, signed & stamped, along with supporting documentation. If schedules are not uploaded, it will be construed that the bidder complies fully with tender specification and accepted TGGENCO terms & conditions. (b) The company shall be declare that it is not under blacklist by any Govt department/ PSU due to any reason. Note: i) Nitrogen gas shall be supplied in duly tested, certified and leak-free cylinders conforming to IS 7285 (Part-II):2004 or its latest applicable revision. ii) The bidder shall furnish a Certificate of Analysis (COA)/Test Certificate specifying the purity and quality of the nitrogen gas supplied. iii) The bidder shall comply with all applicable PESO requirements and statutory safety regulations for the filling, handling, transportation, and delivery of nitrogen gas cylinders up to YTPS. iv) TGGENCO reserves the right to accept or reject the offer of the bidder who quotes the payment terms other than TGGENCO's standard payment terms. v) If any irregularities or lapses observed in previous tenders/supplies to TGGENCO or if the tenderer/bidder was blacklisted for any of the reason in TGGENCO/any other Govt. organizations, TGGENCO will reject the tender of such tenderer at any stage and it solely depends on TGGENCO’s discretion. vi) The bidder must provide batch-wise COA ensuring purity and compliance and ISO certificate for safety for consignment delivered at YTPS Site. vii) Transportation of the cylinder from your site to YTPS is to supplier scope. Prices shall be quoted taking in to consideration of the same organization, TGGENCO will reject the tender of such tenderer at any stage and it solely depends on TGGENCO’s discretion. viii) Conditional offers will not be accepted and liable for rejection. ix) The genuineness of the authorization certificate and executed orders/performance certificates shall be verified directly from the concerned issuing authority/ offices, if needed. x) Prices shall be quoted taking into consideration of unloading of material at YTPS Site/stores. xi) If any bidder fails to upload previous orders by oversight, the bid shall be considered as a special case if the bidder is a regular supplier to TGGENCO, subject to the satisfactory performance of executed POs and it shall be at the sole discretion of TGGENCO. xii) Any defective or short-quantity cylinder shall be returned to the vendor for replacement/refilling. All to-and-fro transportation and associated charges shall be borne by the vendor. and all other terms and conditions are as per the tender specifications.
