Procurement Opportunity: Appointment of Project Management Consultants (PMC) for Development of Sites and Services scheme at BLOCK A In an extent of 13A 10 G and BLOCK C In an extent of 12 A 08 G at Chunchanakuppe, Tavarekere Hobli, Bengaluru South Taluk, Bengaluru Urban District in KARNATAKA

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Consultancy firms who have executed at least one similar nature of works for the buildings of amount as mentioned in column no.5 in a single entrustment for the last five years shall apply. The application without prerequisite eligibility (copy of notarized work done certificate shall be enclosed) will be liable for rejection.

Consultancy firms who have rendered services for similar nature of works are only eligible to apply.

Consultancy firms who are already having five works on hand in KHB are not eligible.

Firms, companies & individual persons are eligible for participation in the tender.

All the necessary documents shall be scanned and uploaded in the kppp portal. Non-submission of required documents shall be liable for rejection.

FINANCIAL CAPACITY: Should have in the last five years period achieved during any two consecutive financial years an average annual financial turnover not less than the tender requirements.
