Invitation to Bid - Procurement Services in NALGONDA, TELANGANA

The Bidder shall pay the EMD for an amount of Rs. 13,910.00/-(Rupees Thirteen Thousand Nine Hundred Ten Only), Incase of exemption submission of valid document as applicable like NSIC/PEMD/MSME/ SC/ ST/Societies or individual firms.

The Bidder shall have valid EPF, ESI/GI, GST registration and shall enclose the documentary evidence. Registration under process shall not be acceptable.

The bidder shall possess a valid contractor/firm registration certificate issued by the State/Central Government or State/Central PSU, valid as on the date of bid submission and shall enclose the documentary evidence. The bidder?s registered monetary limit/class shall be equal to or higher than the Estimated Contract Value (ECV); Registration under process shall not be acceptable.

The bidder shall possess a valid A-Grade Electrical Contractor License issued by the Government of Telangana or any other State Government in India through the competent Electrical Licensing Authority and shall submit documentary evidence in support of the same along with the bid. Registration/renewal under process shall not be accepted.

The contractor must have minimum one year experience in SAME NATURE of works in renowned power utility companies like TGGENCO, APGENCO, NTPC or any other PSUs .The Contractor shall submit copies of any of the following documents i.e Work Orders/Purchase orders or Performance/ Satisfactory Certificates or Work Completion Certificates as documentary evidence in support of the above.

The Bidder should posses valid labour license/labour registration issued by Government of Telangana or any State Government of India, and shall enclose the documentary evidence. Registration under process shall not be acceptable.

The Bidder shall upload signed bidding document duly filling all the details/particulars including Annexure ? I (GST) & Annexure ? II (Undertaking) in the format given in tender document.
