Document Requirements
Bidder must be a company/firm registered in India with GSTIN and PAN.
Bidder must submit authorization documents in case of channel partners -if not manufacturer
Bidder should not be blacklisted by any Central/State Government, self-declaration required.

Minimum average annual turnover of Rs. 50 lakh during any two of the last three financial years - Audited financial statements or CA certified turnover for last three years

Should have experience -referable work orders/completion certificates- of having supplied and installed at least one solar dryer or similar renewable energy drying equipment in the last 3 years.
Warranty statement, list of spare parts, and maintenance schedule.

Eligibility Criteria
Tenderers should not be associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the Purchaser to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the goods to be purchased under this Invitation of Tenders.
Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka
It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.
EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.
The bidder should physically/Live demonstrate the desired equipment/Solar dryer at the time of Technical evaluation at the specified place by the buyer at his own cost. Such bidders will only be considered for Financial Bid.
The scope covers supply, transportation, unpacking, installation, civil support (minor), testing, commissioning, staff training, demonstration, and Minimum 24 months warranty and after-sales support for 06 solar dryer units. The supplier is responsible for site readiness assessment, supervision of installation, and handover to the designated village representatives and Departmental officers.
Item-wise price for each solar dryer unit (including supply, installation, commissioning, training, and warranty)
Remaining all other terms and conditions are as per the attached Tender Document.
