TECHNICAL BID FOR PRE QUALIFICATION 1.The Contractor must have the previous experience in Overhaul works of Air Pre heaters of 500 MW Boiler or above to any of Thermal Power Stations of Stage/Central government Organizations or PSUs in india. 2.During the last three years, the contractor shall have successfully executed at least one similar work order value equal to 25% of the tendered work value. Copies of work orders and satisfactory work completion certificates shall be submitted as documentary evidence.. 3.The Contractor should provide experienced Technical Persons. 4.The Contractor must have the required T&P and tools & tackles including chain pulley blocks, wrenches, pulleys, ropes, jacks, slings, shackles, High pressure water jet pump (for cleaning of baskets) and winch machine etc.. 5.The Contractor must capable to arrange the payments (Wages) as per labour rates with out awaiting payments/bills from the TGGENCO. 6.The Contractor must have the valid labour licence, experienced welders, Fitters, Electricians, Grinders and Cutters etc. 7.The Contractor shall take the responsibility for engage and disengage of the labour. 8.The Contractor will able to provide personal safety appliance for labour. The TGGENCO is not responsible for any accidents to the labour engaged by the contractor during the course of work. 9.The Contractor able to arrange statutory payments without depending quantity of work done because the billing or payment made based on work done not for labour supply.

The contractor should have: a.GST Registration Number., Labour License b. Income tax Clearance Certificate: The contractor shall furnish their copy of Permanent Account Number (PAN) card and copy of latest income tax returns submitted along with the proof of receipt. c.Firm registration / TGGENCO registration
