Document Requirements
Electrical Registration Certificate of Class-III and above as per Bid document.
A / B grade licence issued by the TSELB.
GST Registration Certificate with clearance upto May 2026.
Pan Card
The bidder shall be having experience of Electrical work of value 2.77 lakhs in any one financial year i.,e from 2021-2022 to 2025-2026.
Non Refundable processing fee DD should be upload and submit by the contractor to EE office before opening the technical bid, failing which the tender will be rejected
The sucessful bidder should pay EMD 1.5 % at the time of agreement in the form of demand draft in favour of Registrar, O.U.
EMD 1% to pay through online and the receipt should be uploaded along with the tender documents which is mandatory.
If the contractor quoted above 15% less additional security will be collected as per rules.
