Service Providers can apply as Single Entities or Joint Ventures (JV), subject to a maximum of three members in the JV. The JV may comprise Indian and/or foreign entities, subject to compliance with applicable laws and regulations of the Government of India
Service Providers submitting proposals as a JV shall submit a legally binding JV Agreement clearly defining the roles, responsibilities, and scope of work of each JV member. The JV shall designate a JV Lead, which must be an Indian registered company, who shall act as the technology lead, be responsible for submission of the bid, and serve as the single point of contact for all communications during the bid process and contract period. However, all the members of the Joint Venture shall be jointly and severally liable to the Client for the fulfillment of the provisions of the Contract
