PWD Civil Registration Certificate

Tenderer in his name should have in the last five years period satisfactorily completed as prime contractor at least one similar work of value not less than 50 Percent of total cost of work. Attach Work done Certificate issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer

GST & Pan Certificate.

Submit the EPF registration certificate.

Agreement 7A registered borewell agency

Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of not less than amount Rs. 2.79 lakhs Attach Credit lines/ letter of credit/ Banker certificates issued by scheduled banks.
