The delivery timeline will commence from the last date of the original delivery order. If the option clause is exercised, additional time will be calculated based on the original delivery period, with a minimum of 30 days.

The option clause allows the purchaser to increase or decrease the order quantity by up to 25% at the time of contract placement and during the contract's duration. This flexibility is crucial for managing supply needs.

Bidders must check applicable GST rates before quoting. The buyer will reimburse GST as per actuals or applicable rates, subject to the maximum of the quoted GST percentage. Compliance is the bidder's responsibility.
