All vehicle documents of front end loader with back hoe vehicle with 1.0 cubic meter bucket capacity along with the vehicle driver DL
Annual Turnover Certificate for the past 1 year
Similar experience of supply of vehicle to government projects or private activities
Eligibility Criteria
Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka
It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.
EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.
Similar experience of supply of vehicle for government offices or any Solid Waste Management activity is preferred
Wages and allowances of driver shall be borne by the tenderer and no separate payments shall be made in this regard from this office
Fuel, repairs, maintenance, insurance and other expenditures of vehicle shall be borne by the tenderer and no separate payments shall be made in this regard from this office
GST at 18 percent shall be paid additionally
All other terms and conditions are as per the tender document
