The bidder should produce liquid assets / credit facilities / Solvency certificates from any Indian Nationalized / Scheduled banks of value not less than Rs.231.84 Lakhs. The solvency certificate should be in standard format as per G.O. Ms. No 94, I & CAD, Dt: 01.07.2003.

The bidder should have satisfactorily completed as prime contractor at least one similar nature of work i.e., Laying of Roads during last ten Financial Years i.e., from 2015-16 to 2024-25.

The bidder should submit experience certificate obtained from Engineer In charge of the State/Central Govt. Dept., undertakings not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent and countersigned by the officer of the rank of Superintending Engineer.

The bidder shall submit Updated value (at current price level i.e., 2025-26) of existing commitments and ongoing works to be completed during the period of completion of work for which Tenders are invited as per NIT / Bid Document
