Alloy Steel Plant SAIL AC EOT Crane Installation Tender BBM Area 20t Double Girder ISI 2025

Bidders must meet eligibility: single entity (no consortium), 1 completed 20t double girder crane project within 10 years, provide Work Order and Commissioning certificates, EMD ₹10,00,000, and demonstrate 50% domestic content per Policy 2025 including Form-1 and Appendix-B certifications. Include turnover proofs for 3 years and an affidavit of genuineness.

Submit GST and PAN, 3-year turnover statements, client work orders, commissioning certificates, final acceptance or performance certificates, affidavit of genuineness, and Domestic Content certifications (Form-1, Appendix-B) along with auditor/CA certificates for domestic content claims.

Crane must be designed for hot ingots/bloom handling, with erection supervision and commissioning capabilities; provide design/engineering, manufacturing, supply and installation services; ensure 50% local content and compliance with Domestic Content Policy 2025; performance certificates from client are mandatory.

Minimum domestic content is 50% for capital goods under the policy; bidders must provide Form-1, Appendix-B certifications, and an auditor/CA-issued certificate confirming domestic manufacture of capital goods.

Bids should include the EMD of ₹10,00,000, eligibility proofs, and all specified documents; ensure commissioning certificates and client verifications accompany the bid before submission per the attached SOW and ATC terms.

Scope includes design/engineering, manufacture, supply, erection/supervision, and commissioning of one 20t double girder AC EOT crane; supervision and performance verification must be documented through client certificates and acceptance documents.
