Supply of ceiling/wall suspended 3.0 TR (Nominal Capacity) Metal Body Inverter Type Ductable Air cooled AC unit suitable for operation on 230 V, 1 phase, 50 Hz AC supply having cooling capacity 36000 BTU/Hr, with static pressure not less than 45 Pascal and minimum Energy Efficient Ratio (EER) 10 BTU/ w-h, suitable for R 410A /32 (or similar environment friendly) refrigerant gas with Rotary/ Scroll Compressor, wireless remote, Air cooled condenser complete with all standard fittings etc. including first charging of Refrigerant gas, leak testing etc. complete as per specifications and terms & conditions attached including transportation/cartage, loading/unloading, handling at site complete as required. The indoor and outdoor units shall have copper tubes /pipes only. (Make - Carrier/ Daiken/ Hitachi/ O-General/ Blue Star/ Voltas/ Mitsubishi Electric India/ Mitsubishi Heavy Industries / Panasonic / LG/ Samsung/Sidwal or any BSNL approved make)

Installation, Testing & Commissioning of above 3.0 TR Metal Body Inverter Type Ductable Air conditioning unit including fixing the Outdoor unit on the existing Platform / stand with necessary vibration arrestors, fixing the indoor unit on the ceiling /wall, with hanging rods/brakets making opening in the wall (if required) and making good the damages, providing interconnection between indoor and outdoor units, pressure testing, leak testing, gas charging, electrical connection from power outlet near condenser unit to condenser etc complete with suitable supporting, fitting of ducting, stand, lead, damper/grill, canvas with suitable insulation and conduit complete in all respect.

Providing and fixing Copper refrigerant piping as per manufacturer recommendation with insulation for 3.0 TR Inverter type Ductable Split AC unit as per standard etc complete as reqd . (Note - 1 meter length includes both Gas and Liquid pipe line)

Supplying and fixing of iron stand made out of suitable size ms angle iron/ms channel/ms flat etc. for mounting and supporting outdoor unit of the above 3.0 TR /11 TR AC unit as per manufacturer recommendation i/c providing other necessary cutting, hardware nut bolts, grouting, welding, painting, minor civil work, making good the damages etc. complete as required.

Supplying, Installation, Testing and commissioning of 32 mm rigid U-PVC piping complete with elbow. T- joint, socket duly supported as per site requirement and insulated with 6 mm thick closed cell nitrile rubber insulation etc. for drainage i/c P/F clamps, screws, making openings in brick wall, making good the damages etc. complete as reqd.

Supplying and installing following size of perforated painted with powder coating M.S. cable trays with perforation not more than 17.5% , in convenient sections, joined with connectors, suspended from the ceiling with M.S. suspenders including bolts & nuts, painting suspenders etc as required. a) 150 mm width X 50 mm depth X 1.6 mm thickness

Providing canvass connection for ductable units etc. as reqd.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of powder coated extruded aluminium continuous supply/return air Grills.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed or XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. A) 4 X 16 sq. mm (28mm)

Supply / fixing 32A TPN Switch disconnector fuse unit in Sheet steel enclosure suitable for operation on 415 Volt, 50 Hz, AC supply system with 3 nos HRC fuse link i/c connection, testing, etc. complete as required. (M/s. L&T/Havells Make)
