Open Tender for Providing project management consultancy (PMC) services for the Works under HDMC, SFC, 16th Finance, MP ,MLA and Other grants in Hubballi and Dharwad Divisions for the year 2026-27. in KARNATAKA

1.The firm must have experience in the field of civil engineering work Preparation of DPR and Supervision of Civil works for a minimum of 10 years. The Certificate of Incorporation Registration certificate indicating date of registration compulsorily to be uploaded as per bid document

2.Minimum annual financial turnover of Rs.1000.00 lakhs from consultancy service only in any 2 years in last 5 years 2021-22 to 2025-26 The Audited Profit and Loss Account of last 5 years signed by CA to be uploaded with UDIN number mentioned on CA Certificate. as per bid document

3.Provided Project Management Consultancy services for a single client involving Urban Infrastructure Project with a consultancy fee of not less than Rs 100 Lakhs during the last 5 years as per bid document

4.Should have satisfactorily completed minimum one similar nature of work comprising of Design and Project Management Consultancy services for any Government Government Under taken projects as per bid document.

5.The Consultant should have Own Material testing Laboratory facilities with NABL /NACC Accreditation or having MOU with NABL/NACC Accreditation laboratories. The firm must have minimum equipment as listed below either owned or leased. as per bid document

6.Consultant must have following instrument and softwares as per bid document

7.The PMC firm must have the following Quality Control Facilities as per bid document

8.The PMC firm should have adequate No. of Staff as mentioned in the Data Sheet. The CVs of all staff must be uploaded duly signed by the individual along with Post Graduation Certificate Graduation Certificate Diploma Certificate as proof. This is mandatory for the proposed key professional staff failing which the proposal deemed non responsive as per bid document

9.The PMC firm must have an office in Hubballi & Dharwad Municipal Corporation Limits as per bid document

Adequacy of the proposed Technical Approach & Methodology and Work plan in responding to the TOR as per bid document.

Appendices A,B,C,D,E,F as per bid document

Consultant must have instrument and softwares as mentioned in bid document.
