Submit all required documents: GST, PAN, experience certificates, audited financials, MSME/NSIC exemption if applicable, Make in India authorization, OEM authorization, and advance sample confirmation. Ensure MDR 2017 compliance, medical device licenses, and batch MDR test reports accompany the bid.

Provide MDR compliance certificates, current medical device license under Drugs and Cosmetic Act, batch test reports, company GST, PAN, and 3-year govt/PSU supply experience with contractual references; OEM authorization if bidding via distributor.

The bidder must demonstrate 3 years of continuous manufacture and supply of similar blood collection tubes to govt/PSU entities, with copies of relevant contracts for each year and primary product value meeting the criterion.

Tubes must be MDR 2017 compliant, non-toxic, leakproof, crack-resistant, with proper labeling and graduations; batch-wise test reports must align with MDR requirements and licenses under Drug and Cosmetic Act.

An advance sample must be provided after contract award and before commencement of supply, enabling buyer approval prior to full-scale delivery of tubes.

The purchaser reserves the right to increase/decrease quantity up to 50% at award and during the currency of the contract, with delivery periods adjusted per the extended quantity calculation.
