The supplier must perform installation and commissioning on-site. Post-installation testing is required, with payment actions triggered after Acceptance Certificate from the user section. Ensure sample approval precedes delivery and align with uploaded technical specifications to avoid rejection.

Delivery period starts from the last date of the original delivery order. The purchaser may increase or decrease quantities up to 50% at contract and during the currency. Additional time is calculated by (Increase/Original) × Original period, minimum 30 days, with potential extension up to the original delivery period.
