Bidders must submit GSTIN, PAN, cancelled cheque, EFT Mandate, OEM authorization if applicable, ISO 9001 certificate, and experience certificates demonstrating 2 years of Govt/PSU supply. Include Material Test Certificate with supply and NABL/ILAC test reports on demand.

Bidder or OEM must hold ISO 9001 certification; provide certificate along with bid. If using an authorized distributor, OEM authorization must be included. Ensure auditing body recognizes ISO 9001:2015 standards and maintain surveillance audits.

The Purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity by up to 25% of bid quantity at contract placement and during the currency of the contract with contracted rates, with delivery time recalculated accordingly.

Test Reports from Central Govt./State Govt/NABL/ILAC accredited labs proving conformity are required; if not available, reports may be demanded later. Ensure readiness to provide on demand and attach current conformity certificates when available.

Packing Size is specified in kilograms; bidders must declare exact packing size per unit. Ensure packing aligns with transport and handling requirements and that Material Test Certificates cover packaging material used.

Delivery period starts from the last date of the original delivery order. If the option clause is exercised, extended time equals (Increased quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delivery period, minimum 30 days, with possible further extension to the original delivery period.

Bidders or OEMs must have supplied same/category products to Govt/PSUs for at least 2 years prior to bid opening, with copies of relevant contracts for each year. Primary product value should meet criteria in bunch bids.

Material will be tested by the Buyer’s lab; Material Test Certificate is mandatory. Acceptance hinges on lab results and conformity to the provided test reports, pH, litres per kg, and safe-use duration metrics.
