Tender Notice for Procurement Services in TELANGANA

1. The Bidder should have an experience of supplying the same/similar material to AP/TGGENCO/NTPC or any other power stations/sub-stations/any PSU and shall furnish the documentary evidence such as performance certificates/ PO copies of the same/similar material in support of qualifying requirements failing which offers are liable for rejection.

2. Bidder should have valid GST registration and PAN card Copy

3. Bidder should submit 6 or 8-digit HSN code

4. Bidder should submit Acceptance of all schedules duly filled and with signature and stamp

5. Bidder shall quote only for the makes, specifications and material of the items mentioned in the Schedule

6. Bidder should submit detailed technical specifications with catalogue if any

7. Bidder should submit acceptance to provide Warranty for 5 Years (for lights, warranty card duly stamped by the authorized dealer should be supplied along with the lighting material), 24 months from date of supply/ 18 months from date of commissioning whichever is earlier for street poles

8. Bidder should submit acceptance for payment terms i.e. 100% within 30 days after receipt of material at site in good condition

9. Bidder should submit acceptance for relevant test certificates along with the material

10. Bidders who are technically suitable as per tender specification will only be considered.

11. Responsibility for correctness of the information submitted in the online bid lies with bidder. If any information furnished in the bid is proved to be false at a later date, the bid will not only be rejected but the bidder will be BLACKLISTED
