The bidder shall be a Manufacturer / Authorised Distributor / Channel Partner / Dealer / Supplier of Maha Hydraulics make hydraulic cylinders.(Refer section-I of tender document for complete qualification criteria and document to be furnished)
If the bidder is the Manufacturer, the bidder shall furnish a copy of the registration certificate or any equivalent document establishing its credentials as the manufacturer of the Maha Hydraulics make hydraulic cylinders
If the bidder is an Authorised Distributor / Channel Partner / Dealer, the bidder shall furnish a valid authorisation letter/certificate issued by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of Maha Hydraulics make hydraulic cylinders.
If the bidder is a Supplier, the bidder shall furnish an authorisation letter/certificate issued by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of Maha Hydraulics make hydraulic cylinders, duly incorporating the details of the subject tender notice in the said authorisation letter.
The bidder shall furnish copies of recently issued/executed purchase orders or performance certificates issued during the last five financial years, i.e., FY 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26, for the supply of Maha Hydraulics make hydraulic cylinders to Power Utilities / Government Or(Refer section-I of tender document for complete qualification criteria and document to be furnished)
Technical specifications and datasheets of the offered hydraulic cylinders, indicating the make, model and dimensions, shall be furnished.
All relevant Bid Schedules, duly filled in, signed & stamped, along with supporting documentation. If schedules are not uploaded, it will be construed that the bidder complies fully with tender specification and accepted TGGENCO terms & conditions.
The company shall declare that it is not under blacklist by any Govt. Department / PSU due to any reason.

Other terms: i)TGGENCO reserves the right to accept or reject the offer of the bidder who quotes the payment terms other than TGGENCO's standard payment terms. ii)If any irregularities or lapses observed in previous tenders/supplies to TGGENCO or if the tenderer/bidder was blacklisted for any of the reason in TGGENCO/any other Govt. organizations, TGGENCO will reject the tender of such tenderer at any stage and it solely depends on TGGENCO's discretion. iii)Conditional offers will not be accepted and liable for rejection. iv)The genuineness of the authorization certificate and executed orders/performance certificates shall be verified directly from the concerned issuing authority/ offices, if needed. v)Prices shall be quoted taking into consideration of unloading of material at YTPS Site/stores. vi)If any bidder fails to upload previous orders by oversight, the bid shall be considered as a special case if the bidder is a regular supplier to TGGENCO, subject to the satisfactory performance of executed POs and it shall be at the sole discretion of TGGENCO.
