Eligibility Criteria

1

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

2

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by any State Government / Government of India /Union Territory.

The bidder is required to ensure browser compatibility of the computer well in advance to the last date and time for receipt of tenders. The departments shall not be responsible for non-accessibility of KPPP portal due to internet connectivity issues and technical glitches at bidders end.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS PER MENTIONED IN THE TENDER DOCUMENT

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of KPPP Portal on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

As per Karnataka state government order LD/300/LET/2006 Bangalore dated 01-01-2007 and Govt letter No.PW/134/BMS /2007/dated 27-07-2007, a sum amounting to 1% of the bill amount will be deducted towards constructions labour welfare fund.

All the Formats prescribed in the bid documents shall be filled in complete manner. ( section 3 & 4 of the bid document ) and shall be uploaded properly, signed by Tenderer . Necessary Certificates shall be uploaded along with the formats wherever required. General documents Section can be used for this purpose.

The EMD of Rs.26,600/- shall be paid in full through e-payment

Department will not supply any equipment/materials.

It may be noted that the cost of the Tender form shall not be refundable.

The employer is not responsible for any delay in accessing KPP portal.

The Employer reserves the right to reject one or all tender without assigning any reasons whatsoever.

Further particulars, if any, required by the Bidder can be had from the office of the Executive Engineer, PWD Division Mangalore during office hours on all working days. It may be noted that if any of the dates mentioned above happens to be a holiday next working day will hold good in lieu of the dates mentioned.

The Bidder should employ only registered employees/labours as per Govt. Circular No.PWD/198/BMS/2009/ Dated: 24-06-2009. As per EPF & MP act 1952 in respect of of the employees engaged by or through contractors, agencies and contractors shall have provident fund code no. & all the contract employees deployed by them are enrolled as members of provident fund.

Tenderer shall note that the Tenders of those found Eligible as mentioned in Clause 3 - Qualification of the Tenderer in Section 2 : Instructions to Tenderers (ITT), will only be considered for evaluation.

The tenderer shall obtain the workdone certificate in the prescribed format from the competent Authority Not Below the Rank of Executive Engineer (District level Officer) and scan the original Certificate and attach the scanned file Certificate. Certificates shall be produced to the Executive Engineer

The Rate quoted shall be include Remuneration for Key professional staff, Supporting Staff, Transportation, Duty Travel to Site, Office Rent, Office Supplies, Utilities and Communication, Office Furniture and Equipment, Reports and Document Printing, Surveys, all other taxes as applicable and other incidental items which are necessary for the successful completion of the work.

The Tenderer must submit Work Experience/Consultancy work done documents duly attested by Gazzeted Officer and also produce original documents to the Executive Engineer for confirmation.

The tenderer shall note that rates quoted are exclusive of all taxes, GST etc., It may be noted that GST will be paid separately

THE BIDDERS/CONSULTANTS ARE INSTRUCTED TO SUBMIT ONLY RELEVENT INFORMATION WITH RECORDS AS REQUIRED AND SPECIFIED IN QUALIFICATION CRITERIA.ANY JUNK, SUPERFLOUS AND UNNECESARY DOCUMENTS IF UPLOADED WILL TREATED AS MISLEADING AND SUCH TENDERS ARE LIABLE TO BE REJECTED.

The Assignment of preparation of DPR including detailed soil investigation, survey, Structural design and drawings including shall be completed within one month from the date of Agreement.

The turnover certificate shall invariably contain UDIN

Financial Year will be reckoned as the period between first day of April and Thirty first day of March of succeeding year (both days inclusive)

Financial turnover of previous years shall be given a weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the 2026-27. And Value at 2026-27 price level, of existing commitments and on-going works to be executed during the next 12 months (Financial commitment of previous years shall be given a weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the 2026-27) in the Technical Qualification Criteria mentioned in the next section

Bidder shall pay Contract Management Module processing fees of 0.025% of the contact value (Min Rs.500/- and Max Rs.7500/-) soon after contract has been issued to bidder.
