Valid registered contractors / Firms as per prevailing rules can participate in tenders. If any tenderer validity expired, submission for renewal of registration should be enclosed.

The bidder shall upload the GST issued by the Government of Telangana.

Tender will be evaluated as per the G.O.Ms.No. 294 for the works costing Rs.5.00 lakhs and above, the bidder shall upload the calculation sheet of 3AN-B.

The bidder who will quote more than 25% less, shall pay ASD at the time of Agreement.

For the works costing Rs.5.00 lakhs and above, the bidder shall upload the details of existing commitments i.e., Turn over certificate issued by CA and work on hands

The successful bidder after allotting the work has to submit balance 1.5% EMD through online i.e. on https://emd.ghmc.gov.in/.

Payments will be done as per seniority of the bill submitted and will be subject to the existence of adequate funds within the retevant head of account. Agency shall not request for priority payment in any case. Any such requests by the agencies witl not be entertained by GHMC.

Agencies shall not depend on payment of part bills to ensure comptetion of work on timely basis. Hence the agency shall not stop or stow down the work citing delays in payment of part bills.

For all works costing Rs. 20.00 Lakh and below, there shatt be onty one bill i.e., first and final bill. No running account bills shatt be paid to the agencies by GHMC in any circumstance.

Viotation of any of the above special conditions will make the agency liabte for being recommended for demotion to a lower ctass / suspension of business / removal from approved list as per GOs in vogue.

The bidder shall upload Copy of PAN and latest IT returns 2024-25 certificate while submitting bids.

The tender inviting authority shall have right to accept or cancel the bideder under section of 21 of APDSS

The Tenderrer should have worked at least one work, previowly in last ten years in Cirlce -15, GHMC and also tenderer should submit the proof of experience certificate for eligibility for participatin in ternder.

No. of works allotted to the agencyes witll ba at discreation of the Exectuive Engineer, Circle-15, SBZ, GHMC

The bidder should upload teh latest caste certificate for reserved works
