Latest copy of Income Tax Returns filed. Financial Year 2024-25 Assessment year 2025-26.

Technical details containing document with preliminary designs, working methodology in support of their bid as per the bidding document.

The intending bidder/firm/company should furnish list of man-power, machinery available with them for taking up the work.

The contractor should furnish the name of the individual/firm with address & telephone No. with place of registration, year of incorporation etc.

Each of the documents uploaded to the e-portal, should be self-attested by the contractor or an authorized representative in case of firm/company.

The intending bidder should have in last 5 years i.e. from 2021-22 to 2025-26, satisfactorily completed not less than 90 percent of contract value as a prime contractor, one similar work such as Construction of weir or Bridge cum barrage or dam or construction or modernisation of canal works including CD works costing not less than 50 percent of the amount put to tender 11906.16 x 50 percent equal to Rs.5953.08 Lakhs in last five years.

The intending bidder in his or its name should have in the last 5 years i.e., 2021-22 to 2025-26 achieved in at least 2 financial years, a minimum financial turnover of Rs.15874.88 Lakhs usually not less than two times the estimated annual payments under this contract Rs. 11906.16 Lakhs x 2 x 12 months /18 months. The turnover prior to FY 2025-26 will be updated to the Present Price Level by giving weight age of 10 percent each year.

The intending bidder should have executed minimum quantity of Earth Work Excavation-498108.50 Cum, Embankment Casing or Hearting or Gravell or Murrum-142112.20 Cum, CC Lining by Mechanical Paver- 49358.90 Sqm, Cement Concrete M-15 and above- 33243.30 Cum and Steel- 1587.30 Tonne of work in any one financial year during last five years 2021-22 to 2025-26. The work done certificate should be obtained duly signed from an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer

BID CAPACITY-Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualification criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value Rs.11906.16. The available tender Capacity will be calculated as under- Assessed available tender Capacity- AxNx1.5-B

Bidder should furnish liquid assets and or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs. 3571.85 Lakhs from any Nationalized or Scheduled bank, Credit lines or letter of credit or certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc. The format for Bankers Certificate or Line of Credit BC or LOC letter to be issued by the Banks as per circular No. FD- CAM 16 2022 P-2 dated 22.08.2022.

The bidder should have Own or Lease equipments and machineries, shall be furnished as per the Finance Department Govt., Circular No. FD 263 EXP 12 2022 dated 11.05.2022.
