To qualify for Award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e. 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26 3.2b satisfactorily completed as prime contractor, at least one similar work such as Bridge/Retaining wall work of value not less than Rs.39.72 lakhs

The Tenderer should have executed in any one financial year in the last five years i.e.2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26 3.2c the following minimum quantities of work 1. Earthwork excavation /embankment/sub grade-1101.00m3 2. PCC/RCC-405.00 m3 3. TMT Steel-23.93 Tonnes work done Certificate issued by the competent Authority of rank not below the rank of Executive Engineer.

The Tender should have a valid KPWD Registered Class-III and Above contractor.

Existing commitments and ongoing works for the next 9 months.

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e. 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26 3.2 a achieved in at least two financial years an average annual financial turnover of Rs. 79.44 Lakhs, in all classes of Civil Engineering Construction works only Balance sheet & Profit & Loss Account indicating contract receipts issued by the competent accountant / Authority with UDIN number

Each tenderer should further demonstrate liquid assets and / or availability of Credit facilities of not less than Rs. 23.83 Lakhs Credit lines / letter of credit / certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc.
