Audited Balance Sheet & Profit & Loss Account, in cases where statutory audit is not mandatory as per applicable law, Chartered Accountant?certified Average Annual Turnover Certificate for the last three(3) financial years.

CA-certified Net Worth Certificate

Certificate issued by a Scheduled Commercial Bank or a Chartered Accountant, duly signed and stamped. In case of CA certification, the same shall be supported by relevant bank statements and/or sanction letters. The certificate shall not be older than six (6)months fromthebid submission date.

Self-attested copies of PAN, GST, EPFO and ESIC registration certificates, or; where not applicable, a self-declaration supported by relevant documentaryevidence,as applicable; where EPFO and/ or ESIC registration is not available, the Bidder shall furnish a self-declaration on its letterhead and shall obtain and submit the applicable registration(s) to the Authority prior to signing of the Agree
