The bidder shall submit GST Registration,PAN,Latest IT Returns, Latest quarterly GST Returns (GSTR-3B) /Latest last Three Months Returns (GSTR-3B)

Turn Over Certificate issued by Charted Accountant with balance Sheets and valid UDIN Number

On hand works statement should be certified by the connected engineer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and counter signed by the Superintending Engineer and if the work not started and likely to be awarded, the proof of document showing the value of ECV should be submitted as per G.O. Ms. No. 94, Dt. 01.07.2003

A) The Manufacturing Companies with valid Registration are eligible to participate in the tender or B)2. Authorized Dealers with valid Registration are eligible to participate in the tender. Authorized dealers should submit the Latest Aauthorization letter from the concerned manufacturers along with Manufacturing Firm Registration
