Operation of Water cooled Centralised AC plant of 3X330 TR Trane make and all associated ancillary equipments and ventilation fans etc. round the clock in 3 shifts on all days iincluding Sundays and holidays by deputing Supervisor, Shift In-charge or skilled, Semi skilled manpower etc. complete as required and as per enclosed detailed specifications. For First Year

Comprehensive Maintenance contract for the Centralized Air-Conditioning system consists of 330TR water cooled Chiller Units (Trane make)-03 Nos., Chilled water pumps primary pumps (Kirlosakar make)-3 nos. and secondary pump (Grundfoss make)- 3 nos. with VFD drive panel, Condenser water pumps (Crompton make) - 3 nos., Cooling Towers (Advance make)-3 nos., chilled water and condenser water lines, Air Handling Units (Floor mounted and ceiling suspended) (Zeco make) with starter panels - 27 nos. power and Control panels and its associated equipments like bearings, v-belts, canvas, valves (excluding the butterfly valves), strainers, dampers, diffusers, grills, nozzles, thermostats, switchgears in control panels(excluding the power cables), ventialation fans of toilets, electrical meters, contactors, timers etc. complete as required for smooth operation of the complete HVAC system. The scope of work also includes carrying out the periodical maintenance/checking of the above equipments & maintenance of water softening plants along with supply of salt for operation as per manufacturers recommendations and/or as per the attached technical conditions. Painting of HVAC System such as Pumps, Cooling Tower- motors, pedastal and other equipments by removal of corrosion with sand paper and painting with corrosion resistant paint to match the adjoining areas for maintaining the equipment in good and non rusting condition. For First Year

Repairing damaged insulation of exposed AC ducts by scrapping and cleaning the surface, applying Cold Bitumin or Adhesives, Supplying and fixing of 50mm thick thermo coal sheet (EPS) and wraped canvas clothes with suitable self adhesive as per the specifications.

Supply and Installation of external thermal insulation on ducts with 9mm thick nitryl rubber (40Kg or cum) insulation for supply and return air ducts as per the specifications.

Supplying and fixing of powder coated extruded aluminium Exhaust Air Grills with volume control dampers as per specifications.

Supply, installation, Testing and commissioning of site fabricated GSS sheet 0.8mm thickness metal rectangular or round ducting complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, elbows, splitter dampers, vanes, hangers, supports etc. as per approved drawings or as per site requirement and specifications complete as required.

Painting of MS pipes, structures, equipments etc. at all locations with primer coat preparation of the surface complete as required.

Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of new PVC fills (as per existing) for existing Cooling Tower (300TR Advance make), suitable to with stand hot water temperature as high 55 degree Celsius including replacement of defective spray nozzle complete as per site requirement. The work includes dismantling and disposal of old PVC fills and re-fixing the entire parts/items of cooling tower in position after installation of new fills and necessary items such as bolts, Clamps & Nuts etc as per site requirement.

Shifting, installation, testing and commissioning of condenser water pump of capacity - 30 Kw on a common base with anti-vibration pads , with electric motor for recirculation of water for the central air-conditioning system.The pumps shall be aligned. The work involves supplying and installing of M.S. fabricated Common base, carrying out the installation of flexible connectors with anti vibration pads, completing pump alignment and providing the required arrangements for making the pump functional.

Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning of condenser water pipes of following sizes of MS - C class along with necessary clamps, vibration isolators and fittings such as bends,tees etc..but excluding valves, strainers, gauges etc. adequately supported on rigid supports duly painted or buried in ground excavation and refilling etc. as per specification and as required complete in all respect. 16.1 Note The Pipes size 150 mm and below shall be M.S.
