Certificate of Registration/Incorporation The Bidder should be a Firm /Company registered in Karnataka/Govt. of India /concerned state as evidenced by a certificate of Registration/ Incorporation and should be in the IT & related business as detailed in the Scope of Work.

Manufacturer Authorization Certificate MAF should be enclosed. The bidder should attach the MAF authorization certificate from the OEM on their letter head for all the below mentioned items a-Passive works of OFC with related product b-Enterprises switches c-IP based CCTV Surveillance Works

The bidder should have successfully executed at least one or two similar projects in State /Central government undertaking universities, similar nature of 50percentage work done and costing not less than order copy during the last five years with work done certificate and it should cover all the below items. a-Passive works of OFC with related product b-Enterprises switches c-IP based CCTV Surveillance Works

GST Certificate Enclose GST registration certificate -updated version of GST registration certificate-

The bidder shall submit documentary proof demonstrating successful implementation, integration, or operation of a NIC-based Intelligent Traffic Management System ITMS project. The documentary evidence shall be uploaded along with the bid documents. Failure to submit the required proof shall render the bid liable for rejection during technical evaluation

Udyog Aadhaar Registration The Bidder should be a Firm/Company registered in Karnataka/Govt. of India as evidenced by a certificate of Registration/Incorporation and should be in the IT & related business as detailed in the Scope of Work. Enclose Udyog Aadhaar registration dated before last date of the submission.

IT Return Enclose IT Returns Acknowledgement for the Financial last three years.

Price Include all Charges The quoted price should include all the necessary charges in to like License, GST and any other including installation, necessary software and License, Service Support with Subscription and warranty & Maintenance, packs and necessary training for Staff.

Product Certifications The Bidder should attach all product certifications compulsorily. Product consisting of EMC CE, FCC, KCC, CCC.

Annual Turnover Enclose last three years i.e. 2021-22, 2022-23 & 2023-24 and the Bidder will have to attach documentary evidences confirming that they have average annual turnover above of Rs. 2 Crores per annum during the last three financial years. Statement of CA, IT returns

Technical Specification The tenderer should attach the Product technical Specification compliance sheet by OEM on its Letterhead.

The tenderer should attach No deviation certificate from the OEM on its letterhead.

Related Business The bidding company should be in related business in the from last 05 years. Proof of the same should be provided i.e. customer feedback, work orders, work satisfactory certificates

The tenderer should attach the Product technical Specification compliance sheet by OEM on its Letterhead.

Bidder should have upload Make and model with specification compline sheet on OEM latter camara and network component
