Bids are Invited For RTPS-Supply and installation of solenoid valves, Limit switches and junction boxes at wetting unit dry/wet valves of Unit-7 AHP for operating valves from remote PLC/SCADA system in KARNATAKA

The issuing authority announces a tender for a)Removal of existing defective Solenoid valves, Limit switches, junction boxes and connecting cables from its location and identification of cables before removing from the field instruments and junction boxes. b)Installation of newly supplied Solenoid valves, Limit switches and junction boxes in its places. c)Termination of cables at field instruments and junction boxes by putting proper cable glands and cross ferruling. d)Shifting of supplied materials to KPCL stores and site location will be under the scope of agency/contractor itself. e)Handing over of released materials from the field location to KPCL stores will be under the scope of agency/contractor itself. f)Finally loop checking of the cables from newly installed junction boxes to PLC control cabinets and further checking the operation of field instruments from remote operation through PLC/SCADA system under the supervision of I&C engineer. g)The required consumables/T&P required for the work shall be arranged by the bidder/agency only. in KARNATAKA.
