Bids are Invited For Drilling borewell and providing irrigation facility to the land of Nilisidda Sy No 173/B of Channalinganahalli village Hanuru taluk, Chamarajanagara District. (Reserved For CAT II A) in KARNATAKA

1.This work is reserved for Category II A contractor in randomization 2.The contractor belonging to Category II A shall be domicle of karnataka state for more than 10 years and should furnish necessary document issued by the competant authority 3.The Work is Reserved For Category II A Contractor Only For Which Necessary caste Certificate is to be uploded

4.Contractor should up load valid License 5. Contractor should up load valid GST Copy 6. Contractor should up load 5 years Financial Turnover Certificate duly certified by Chartered Accountant along with UDIN Number 7.Contractor should up load 5 years profit and loss account statement

8.The Bidder shall quote the rates WITHOUT ADDING GST for either materials or works contract Service. All duties taxes and other levies payable by the contractor under the contract or for any other cause shall be included in the rates prices and total Tender Price submitted by the Tenderer 9. Contractor should up load valid ANY CONSTRUCTION work done Certificate duly signed by Executive Engineer

10.Sinking of borewell should ber carried out by rig machine bearing FORM NO 7A approved by competent authority. After sinking success full borewells should be safely capped and in case of failure, borewells should be safely capped and proper safety measures should be taken to avoid dangers as per the Government order MID/10/AJAA/2012 BANGALURU DATED 31.12.2012 declaration should be submitted in form IC in this regard

11.The contractor should have rig machine bearing FORM NO 7A approved by competent authority OR contractor should have MOU with the contractor having rig machine bearing form No 7A approved by competent authority and the same should be uploaded
