Registration for having registered in KPWD under Class-III category

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in his/her name should have in the last five years i.e., 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25, achieved in at least two financial years an annual financial turnover in all classes of civil engineering construction works only of Rs50.58/Lakhs.

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in his/her name should have in the last five years i.e., 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25, satisfactorily completed as prime contractor, at least one Similar Nature of Work such as Construction of RCC Framed Structure Building work of value not less than Rs.25.28 Lakhs.

Had executed in any one Financial year, the following minimum quantities items of work 1. Earth work excavation 290.00cum 2. PCC/RCC 250.00cum 3. Structural steel work 5000.00Kgs 4. Enamel/emulsion Painting 2000.00sqm 5. Embankment gravel 120.00 Cum 6. Double scaffolding system 325.00sqm 7. Granite/vetrified/wall tiles 100.00sqm 8. Plastering 600.00sqm

Liquid Assets and /or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs.15.18Lakhs Credit Lines/letter of credit/ certificates from any Nationalized/Scheduled Banks for meeting the fund requirement etc.,
