The Bidder shall pay the EMD as per Tender Specification.

The bidder shall be reputed Manufacturer of Hydrogen Gas. (Copies of Registration certificates issued by any State/central Govt. departments/public sectors like SSI, NSIC, Department of Industries, Ministry of Commerce & Industry etc. or any vendor registration cert. issued by any state /central Govt./Public sectors like NTPC etc. which clearly shows the manufacturing capacity shall be uploaded.

The bidder should have supplied, at least 70,330 Cu.M of Compressed Hydrogen Gas (Grade ? II) confirming to IS: 1090/2002 (Reaffirmed 2018) with 99.6% purity (min) and pressure 130 Kg/cm2 in a single year over the past three years (2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26) to any Thermal Power Stations or any other Govt./ Semi-Govt./ Private/Public Undertaking Organizations or to other reputed private utilities

The bidder shall enclose a Solvency Certificate for an amount of Rs.85 Lakhs issued by any Nationalized bank or any Scheduled bank which is not older than 12 months from date of availability of tender specification on e-Procurement platform.

The bidders should have an average annual financial turnover of atleast Rs.85 Lakhs during the past three (03) years (2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25) certified by the Charted Accountant.
