Technical Capacity of the Tenderer - Details of all the contracts executed by the tenderer during the last three years to be furnished in the format specified at APPENDIX iii, along with Work orders and Certificate from the Client for satisfactory performance for all the contracts listed in APPENDIX iii
Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka
It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.
EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The bidder is required to ensure browser compatibility of the computer well in advance to the last date and time for receipt of tenders. Bangalore University shall not be responsible for non accessibility of Karnataka Public Procurement portal due to internet connectivity issues and technical glitches at bidders end
Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable. Conditional tenders will not be accepted
The tenderer shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of his tender, and Bangalore University will in no case be responsible and liable for those costs. The cost of the Tender Processing shall not be refundable
Bangalore University is not responsible for any delay in accessing Karnataka public Procurement Portal
The EMD & Tender processing fee shall be paid through Karnataka public procurement portal only as per the e-procurement rules
EMD should be paid as specified in the tender document available in Karnataka public procurement portal and if the EMD is not paid the tender will be rejected
The Tenderers need to register with Karnataka public procurement portal and to obtain user ID and Password for participating in the Tender process
Bangalore University reserves the rights to Accept or Reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons
No subsequent correspondence regarding price quoted will be entertained
Bidders should abide by all the terms & conditions as prescribed in relevant KTPP standard tender document and KTPP Rules and KTPP Act

It is suggested that the PDF Files to be uploaded should be made using the minimum readable appropriate resolution
Liquidated Damages: If the supplier fails to deliver any or all of the Goods or to perform the Services within the period specified in the Contract, the Purchaser shall, without prejudice to its other remedies under the Contract, Deduct from the Contract Price, as liquidated damages, a sum equivalent to 0.5% of the delivered price of the delayed Goods or unperformed Services for each week or part thereof of delay until actual delivery or performance, upto a maximum deduction of 10% of the Contract Price. Once the maximum is reached, the Purchaser may consider termination of the Contract as per the Standard Tender document of Government of Karnataka.
The EMD/Security Deposit is liable to be forfeited as liquidated damages in the event of any evasion, refusal or delay on his/her part in signing the contract form
The offered rates shall be valid till the completion/end of contract/work period
