Civil Work 28mtr x 15mtr
1 Excavation up to 9 Inch to 10 Inch watering compacting and dressing excavated giving a gradient of 1 120 towards one side depending on where the main drainage is located excavation levels to be determined so as to keep the finished levels min 8 Inch above the surrounding areas 2 Application of weed killer and soil stabiliser 3 Providing and laying 8 Inch thick WBM in one layer of 6 and half with hand broken at site the same will be compacted watered all the voids will be filled with kapches and quarry soils and mohurrum
Asphalting
1 Providing and applying tack coat at half kg per Sq mtr after thorough cleaning of surface and prior to laying of asphalt macadam compacted thickness with bitumen 2 Laying of 40mm thick asphalt macadam Compacted thickness with bitumen 80 100 grade with PPT with graded sieved aggregate finder to 25mm in bitumen 3 Laying of 25mm thick asphalt concrete manually paver with bitumen grade 80 100 4percent to 5percent with graded aggregate with maximum size of Half Inch graded down to fines of 25 percent and allowed to cure for 24 to 30 days maximum the asphalt mix will be with PPT 1 and half percent 4 Spreading manually grit powder mixed with PPT and cement on the finished asphalt surface to close the porosity of fress asphalt and allowing the surface to surface to be dried for minimum 30 days prior to laying of the synthetic surfacing
