Submission of GST registration certificate & PAN copies.
Bidder should be a manufacturer/authorized dealer/Supplier of OEM (UNBRAKO/TVS/PIONEER/XPS) with documentary proof.
If Bidder is authorized dealer, should furnish valid authorization Letter/Certificate from OEM of the subject material.
If Bidder is supplier, should furnish authorization letter/ Certificate from manufacturer of the subject material duly incorporating the tender notice details
In case the Bidder fails to furnish the authorization letter/certificate from the manufacturer of the subject material, the bid shall be considered for regular supplier to TGGENCO/Govt./PSU, subject to the satisfactory performance of recently executed POs related to subject material with any of the above mentioned makes and it shall be at the sole discretion of TGGENCO.
Copies of executed orders (or) performance certificate, issued within the last 5 years (FY 2021-22, 2022-2023, 2023-2024,2024-2025 and 2025 - 2026) or latest for supply of subject material to public sector/private sector to power utilities/Govt. Organizations/ Public Sector under taking organizations/ reputed private organizations, clearly showing the name of the firm, PO date and description of
Technical literature such as Specifications/Drawing, pertaining to the offered material.
All relevant Bid Schedules, duly filled in, signed & stamped, along with supporting documentation.

(a) All relevant Bid Schedules, duly filled in, signed & stamped, along with supporting documentation. If schedules are not uploaded, it will be construed that the bidder complies fully with tender specification and accepted TGGENCO terms & conditions. (b) The company shall be declare that it is not under blacklist by any Govt department/ PSU due to any reason. Note: i) TGGENCO reserves the right to accept or reject the offer of the bidder who quotes the payment terms other than TGGENCO's standard payment terms. ii) If any irregularities or lapses observed in previous tenders/supplies to TGGENCO or if the tenderer/bidder was blacklisted for any of the reason in TGGENCO/any other Govt. organizations, TGGENCO will reject the tender of such tenderer at any stage and it solely depends on TGGENCO’s discretion. iii) Conditional offers will not be accepted and liable for rejection. iv) The genuineness of the authorization certificate and executed orders/performance certificates shall be verified directly from the concerned issuing authority/ offices, if needed. v) Prices shall be quoted taking into consideration of unloading of material at YTPS Site/stores. vi) If any bidder fails to upload previous orders by oversight, the bid shall be considered as a special case if the bidder is a regular supplier to TGGENCO, subject to the satisfactory performance of executed POs and it shall be at the sole discretion of TGGENCO.
