0.04% of ECV towards carpus fund in the form of DD payable to the Managing Director, T.S.T.S., Hyderabad at the time of concluding agreement and hand over same to the Executive Engineer (R&B) Division, Sathupally. 9) The applicant should furnish the following documents along with bids: 10) Copy of Contractor valid Registration under appropriate Class. 11) In case of proprietary partnership firm it is necessary to furnish the certificate mentioned above for the proprietor and for each of the partners as the case may be. 12) Submission of Bids: The bidders who desires to participate in ?e? procurement shall submit their technical bids, price bids etc., through online in the standard formats prescribed in the tender documents, displayed at e market place. The procedure for submission of bid is explained in the tender document. 13) The bidder shall authenticate the bid with his digital certificate for submitting the Bid electronically on e-procurement platform and the bids not authenticated by the digital certificate of the bidder will not be accepted on the e-procurement platform. 14) The renderer is subjected to be black listed and the EMD forfeited if he is found to have misled or furnished false information in the forms / statements / certificates submitted in proof of qualification requirements or record of performance such as abandoning of work not properly completed in earlier contracts, inordinate delays in completion of the works, litigation history and / or financial failures and / or participated in the previous tendering for the same work and had quoted unreasonable high bid prices. Even while execution of the work, if found that the contractor had produced false / fake certificates of experience he will be black listed and the contract will be terminated. 15) Technical Agent Certificate with consent letter should be uploaded at the time of tender process along with qualification certificate for Technical Agent. 16) Concession will be allowed to the Labour contract Societies and individuals belonging to SC/ST/Waddera?s strictly in accordance with G.O.Ms.No.52 T (R&B) (BI-I) Department, dt:18-03-2000. And As per GO MS No.59 Dated:21.05.2018 of I&CAD(Reforms)Department. Therefore, the following particulars shall be furnished while submitting their tenders through e-procurement platform.
