Copy of Goods Service Tax registration

Certificate in support of existing commitment

Qualification certificate of key personnel

Scanned copy of declaration on critical equipment owned on non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 100.

Annual Turn over certificate certified by CA or issued by Executing Authority along with balance sheet.

Any other documents required as per Bid Document

Latest Liquid assets or credit facilities or solvency certificate from Nationalised banks or scheduled commercial bank

Registration as per GO MS No.66, I& CAD Reforms department dated.20.04.2015

The Tenderer or his identified Sub-contractor should possess required valid registration under Class-I as per G.O.Ms 130 I&CAD (PW-COD) Dt:22.05.2007, in CLASS-I as per GOMS No.21, I & CAD (Reforms) Dept. Dt:13.04.2017 in PH Engineering for executing Water supply & Sanitary Engineering Works.

The Tenderer or his identified Sub-contractor should possess required valid registration not below Class I as per G.O.Ms 130 I&CAD (PW-COD) Dt:22.05.2007 and class-I as per GO MS No.21, I & CAD (Reforms ) Dept, Dt: 13.04.2017Electrical certificate and license for executing electrical Engg. Works, along with A Grade licence.
