Bids are Invited For To provide service of vehicle along with driver on monthly rental basis for a period approximately between 1st July 2026 to 31st March 2027 to Land development Officer(Tech) CADA, IPZ Kalaburagi Ertiga/other SUV with AC. in KARNATAKA

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

A copy of Vehicle registration certificate with up to date fitness & validity.

Up to date Vehicle insurance

Road Tax paid papers should be in order and paid up to date.

Taxi / Tourist vehicle permit up to date

GST registration certificate

Copy of the Income Tax Returns filed for the financial year 2024-25. (Assessment year 2025-26)
