The requisite Earnest Money Deposit through e-cash only.

Scanned signature of the bidder/authorized representative in case of a firm or company to be attached to the bid document. Also in case of authorized representative, scanned copy of power of attorney should be uploaded

A copy of the valid EPF Registration Certificate.

A copy of the valid GST Registration Certificate with GST Declaration Certificate in format enclosed to notification

The annual turnover of the intending bidder shall be the amount in all classes of Civil Engineering contract works only of Rs.596.54 Lakhs in any two financial years during the last 5 years i.e., 2021-22 to 2025 -26 Audit profit and loss account certificate certified by a practicing charted accountant duly having UDIN along with income tax returns shall be uploaded. The annual turnover amount of previous year shall be updated to 2026-27 at 10 PERCENT per annum

The intending bidder/Firm/Company should have in the last 5 years i.e. 2021-22 to 2025-26 satisfactorily completed At least 90 PERCENT of the contract value as a prime contractor at least 1 similar nature of work i.e, BRIDGES/ ANY STRUCTURE WORK value not less than amount Rs.149.14Lakhs. The cost of the works executed in previous years shall be updated to year 2026-27 at 10PERCENT per annum. Workdone certificate obtained from not below the rank of exe.engr of concerned division shall be uploaded

The intending bidder should have executed following minimum quantity of item in single work any one financial year in previous 5 financial years i.e. From 2021-22 to 2025-26 for which the necessary certificates issued by officers not below the rank of Executive Engineer, Shall be uploaded, SUBGRADE & EARTHWORK & EMBANKMENT 13393.09 Cum,RCC M15 & above 1273.73 Cum,Steel Reinforcement 44.85 Tonne

The Tender should have liquid assets or availability of credit facilities of not less the amount Rs.90.00 Lakhs Credit lines / letter of credit /certificated from banks for meeting the funds requirements etc in Annexure-I enclosed to the Notification.This certificate should b valid upto six months from date of issue

Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified If their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under Assessed available tender capacity AxNx1.5-B
