Annual turnover certificate & audited balance sheets of last 5 years certified by chartered Accountant having average financial of turnover of specified value in any two year 2021-22 to 2025-26

Similar nature of work done certificate having valve not less than 50 percent of tender valve in any year out of last 5 years issued not below the rank of Executive Engineer 2021-22 to 2025-26

Unconditional line of credit / Bankers Certificate issued by Nationalized / Scheduled Bank for 30 Percent of specified tender value.

Work done certificate mentioning the required quantity usually 80 percent for specific items in any one year

Rates quoted other than KPWD Schedule of rates shall be justified with scientific rate analysis.

Tenderer should submit Assessed available tender capacity report and ongoing works B value details as Per Tender Documents

If the contractor submits a tender for lower rates, he should submit a DD equal to the lower tendered amount

GST Company registration certificate.
