Certified copy of the turnover letter, audited by the Chartered Accountant, a turnover showing more than Rs. 1500.00 lakhs or more, for the financial year 2023-24 and 2024-25.

Employees State Insurance Registration letter from the competent Authority.

Furnish letter for having provided a minimum of 250 employees belonging to group I, II, III, IV, House Keeping& Security Staffs to any Department/Organization on outsource basis from the concern department/institutions.

GST Registration certificate, from the competent authority.

PAN Card

Particulars of EPF and ESI pertaining to employees engaged on outsource basis in any government department / private organizations i.e., payment of EPF Annual Contribution EPFO Return Statement & Challens of ESI Annual Contribution paid during last year.

Payment of GST returns for the year of 2023-24 and 2024-25 Financial year returns from the concerned department.

Provident Fund Registration letter from the competent Authority.

Registration No. and letter issued by the Labour Department towards supply of manpower i.e., in the cadre of Officers, Clerical staff, group D, House Keeping employees and Security Staffs on outsource basis.

The certified copies of Income Tax returns for the last 5 years i.e. Financial year 2020-21 to 2024-25.
