The assessed available bid capacity of Bidders as per formula (3AN-B) shall be half of the estimated contract value

The Civil Contractors/ Contracting Firms/ Companies formed under Companies Act having registration in State Governments/ Public Sectors/ Government Undertakings anywhere in the country shall be permitted for tendering, without insisting on Registration in State Government.
