The annual TO of intending bidder shall not be less than of Rs 298.50 lakhs in any two financial yrs during the last 5 yrs from 2021 22 to 2025 26 in all Classes of Civil Eng Construction works only The audit Profit and Loss account certified by a practicing CA duly showing with UDIN along with IT return should be uploaded. The turnover of previous yrs will be updated to the present value of the year 2026 27 giving weightage of 10percent for each previous yrs turnover value

The intending bidder should satisfactorily completed at least 90percent of the contract value as a prime contractor at least one similar nature of work Construction of IrrigationStructures/CTC/BRIDGE/BoxCulvert/Canal AlliedWorks of value not less than of Rs74.60Lakhs in last 5 years from 2021 22 to 2025 26.The WD certificates obtained from the officer not below rank of EE should be uploaded. The WD value of the previous year shall be updated to present price level of 2026 27 at 10pecent per year

The intending bidder should have executed following minimum quantity of items in any one financial year in previous 5 financial Yrs from 2021 22 to 2025 26 for which the necessary certificates issued by officers not below the rank of Executive Engineer, shall be uploaded. a. Earth work and Embankment 1730Cum b. M15 grade and above grade Cement Concrete 744Cum c. Steel reinforcement 10.45Tonne d.WBM or WMM 698cum

Liquid assets or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs 45.00 lakhs Credit Lines or Letters of Credit or Certificates from Nationalized Banks for meeting the fund requirement etc The Contractor should upload necessary documents issued by the Nationalized banks as per prescribed formats enclosed as annexure I to the Notification
