Tenderers should not be associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the Purchaser to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the goods to be purchased under this Invitation of Tenders. 

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The Bidder shall be having experience in providing services to any cooperative / government / semi govt /PSU/Private organizations for last three years & also Past experience lifting at NPFP Plant

Tender terms and conditions of the tender document Obtain hazardous and other waste HAOA AUTHORIZATION RULES 2016 dealing with such items as per the provisions laid down by the Department of Forest and Environment Government of India

HAOM) AUTHORIZATION RULES 2016 a copy of the certificate shall be enclosed along with tender who quotes for SL NO (4). (Empty Plastic Carboys)

Bidders without the above license/certificate Duly registered with concerned state PCB are not eligible to participate for tender

Copy of the Original certificate should be submitted along with tender document

A copy of the Annual Return filings for the years 2024 to 2025 (PWP) submitted on the CPCB EPR Portal must be included along with the tender documents

The bidders registration/certificates should reflect in ONLINE as per PCB instructions in KSPCB Website.

EPR Certificate shall be submitted along with tender document Approved by KSPCB/CPCB
